Corporate Officers/Project Managers

David R. Demien, President of Demien Construction Company, earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in civil engineering from the University of Missouri.

With 41 years experience in the construction industry, his responsibilities include bid coordination and supervising all phases of commercial and industrial construction work. He has supervised the construction of a variety of jobs including churches, schools, shopping centers, office buildings, structural concrete and light industrial buildings.

David was the president of the Tri-County Builders Association. He is currently a member of the Wentzville Chamber of Commerce, Wentzville Rotary Club and director of the Tri-County YMCA.

Larry S. Juern serves as Vice-President and Project Manager for Demien Construction Company. Larry has earned a Master of Business Administration degree and a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from Southwest Missouri State University in Springfield, Missouri. He is responsible for bid coordination and project management.

Larry has 21 years of construction management experience. With a previous employer he oversaw many projects in the United States and England with budgets up to $6 million. Since his employment with Demien Construction Company in 2004 he has managed the construction of public works facilities, daycare centers for children and senior citizens, theaters, restaurants, numerous foundation projects, rehab work and area churches and schools.

Russell F. Demien is Secretary, Treasurer and Project Manager for Demien Construction Company. Russell attended Westminster College in Fulton, Missouri and the University of Missouri-St. Louis.

His 38 years of building experience includes carpentry work on commercial and residential projects. He had supervised construction on a variety of jobs including schools, churches and light commercial buildings. Russell has served as President of the Tri-County Builders Association.
